Ágnes BLASKÓ, Hungarian Psychodrama Association

Ágnes Blaskó is a dramatist, who is using drama for teaching interpersonal communication in higher education (Budapest University of Technology and Economics); for hacking standard simulation-based medical education (SOTE); for developing curriculums (for Visual World Foundation, BME etc); and for training people writing meaningful, transparent texts. The most important Sociodramas she lead were in the project Your decision: Training Bystandars to Become Upstandars (VWF,The Embassy of Canada in Budapest ) and an actionresearch for Discrimination-risk points in a large company (Budapest Institute). In the P.E.R.F.O.R.M.E.R.S. project Ágnes coordinates the Hungarian local meetings and the Hungarian partners' teamwork.

Béla FEDOR, Hungarian Psychodrama Association

Béla Fedor is a psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor in psychodrama, and President of the Hungarian Psychodrama Association. He is also a member of Hungarian Medical Chamber and Federation of Hungarian Psychotherapy Council. Béla has been working for several decades in the fields of crisis therapy, suicide prevention, autogenic training, hypnosis, and has wide experience with leading of large groups. He is one of the professional supervisors of the P.E.R.F.O.R.M.A.N.C.E project.

Judit GERGELY, xxx

Judit Gergely is a psychologist who has been working with adolescent boys in custody in a detention centre since 2014. Besides psychological diagnosis, her responsibility is to lead groups developing self-awareness and skills development. Also, she provides supportive therapy, crisis intervention, vision and self-esteem. She uses tale therapy on a regular basis,which she has a certificate from. During a training she was acknowledged for the title of coeval-fellow supporter. Currently she studies to become a clinical psichologist in the field of mental hygiene. Also, she atends a mediator course.

Andrea HORVÁTH, xxxx

Andrea Puskás has been working with the re-integration of young criminals into society in a reformatory institution in Aszód for 17 years. Her main professional areas cover the social skills development of children with mild mental diasabilities as well as young boys facing learning difficulties. She is also fond of investigating family relationships of young people growing up in state care. She makes great effort into the re-union of their relationships, and if it is not possible,she helps them in starting their own individual life. She organizes rehabilitation courses for drug addicts , especially the ones suspected with drug abuse.in custody.

Kata HORVÁTH, Hungarian Psychodrama Association

Kata Horvath is a cultural anthropologist working simultaneously in the scientific and civic sector. She is involved in participatory, art-based and action research projects with marginalized, roma communities. She is a student and a colleague of Judith Teszary. Currently they are working together by using psycho-sociodrama in the countryside of Hungary with a group of extremely vulnerable Roma women helping them processing traumatic experiences got in the health care system. Togther with Judith she has been the dreamer, designer and founder of the P.E.R.F.O.R.M.E.R.S. project. She is working as international coordinator and leader of the Hungarian team in the project.

Petra JUHACSEK, Hungarian Psychodrama Association

Petra Juhacsek is an administrator at the Hungary Association of Psychodrama, and project assistant of the P.E.R.F.O.R.M.E.R.S project. She is responsible for the communication regarding administrative and financial matters,

Norman KERÉNYI, xxx

Norman Kerényi has a university degree in Human Resources and studied psychology and related methodological subjects. He is a psychologist and coach, and NLP practitioner as well. He has been working as a psychologist and teacher for 20 years in the child protection field, in reformatory youth centres. He was leading a special department for young criminals with a mild degree of mental disability. He is working as a psychologist and coach in various fields, for example offering professional support to institutions with special needs. He has also been working as an expert of school inspection and pedagogical evaluation since the implementation of Teachers' Career Model. As a private councellor, he participated in the evolving of the pedagogical structure of the newest reformatory from recruiting to the mentoring of the new colleagues.

Andrea Zsuzsanna KOCSI, Hungarian Psychodrama Association

Andrea Zsuzsanna Kocsi is an assistant psychodramatist beyond her original occupation of being a teacher of English. She’s been heavily involved in psychodrama for children of all ages between 5 and 18 years. Her recent interests include the exploration of alternative teaching curricula and their integration into the Hungarian education system. Her long term goal is to use sociodramatic methods for the sensitization of her students to social problems as part of their education for social responsibility. Her role in the P.E.R.F.O.R.M.E.R.S project is international co-ordination as well as being one of the hosts of the first international meeting in Budapest. Beyond that she is responsible for the organizational tasks of this meeting.

Johanna KÖVESI

Johanna Kövesi is a psychologist, and has been working with disadvantaged youth for 7 years, and was also a volunteer in various fields. She is presently working with girls between the age of 14 – 21 in a reformatory. Her job is to hold individual sessions and groups for the youth, like psychological support, crisis intervention, team building, acquiring practical life skills.

Péter LIPKA, xxxx

Péter Lipka is a sociotherapist, art- and dance therapist, yoga instructor and actor. He will soon receive his degree as a special needs teacher. His main interests are creation and self-expression, together with self-knowledge and community-development. Péter has been working with mainly romany (gipsy) youths with multiplied disadvantages through artistic and community-developing projects in remote parts of Hungary for more than 10 years. He also practices his methods in prisons and closed institutions.

Erika MOLNÁR, Hungarian Psychodrama Association

Erika Molnár is a psychodramatist, trainer and consultant with a strong project background in the telco/IT sector. She is the founder of GenderTrainer, leading psychodrama groups and workshops with gender-based approach, integrating individual psychic progresses into a wider social context. Her key focuses are equal opportunity, gender-related subjects, as well as the challenges and obstacles of multicultural business environments. Her main goal is to use sociodramatic methods and practices in these fields. In the P.E.R.F.O.R.M.E.R.S project she is responsible for external communication, organisational issues, and working as a moderator and trainer of international events and workshops.

Eszter PADOS, Ministry of Human Resources Correctional Facility

Eszter Pados is a special need educator, therapist, habilitation dog trainer and criminologist, and is working with  boys that are remanded in custody in a Reformatory in Budapest. Eszter has been working with detrimental groups for many years in several areas. She has studied psychodrama at the Hungarian Psychodrama Association, and holds a psychodrama assistant degree. In the P.E.R.F.O.R.M.E.R.S. project Eszter is responsible for the communication between  national partner organizations and will provide assistance in their professional field.

Gábor PINTÉR, Hungarian Psychodrama Association

Gábor Pintér PhD., is working as a university and college professor in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy in Budapest. He is a psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor in psychodrama and person-centered psychotherapy. Gábor is also past president of the Hungarian Psychodrama Association, nowadays chief of the Training committee. During the past 20 years, he has been using and teaching sociodrama in several countries. Gábor is the co-creator of the original method of „Mythosociodrama”, and also a funding member and active delegate of H.P.A. in FEPTO for 23 years. He is the professional supervisor of the Hungarian part in the project.

Klára TAUSZIG, Hungarian Psychodrama Association

Klára Tauszig is an administrator at the Hungarian Psyhodrama Association, and project assistant of the P.E.R.F.O.R.M.E.R.S project. She is responsible for the communication regarding administrative and financial matters, handling of EU-related project tools (e.g. Participant Portal and Mobility tool), and the projects webpage.

Dóra TEMESI, xxxx

Dóra Temesi has been working for 9 years as a psychologist in the youth centre in Esztergom (Hungary) with girls with special needs, between the age of 12-18, living in state-care. The reasons of their referrals are mainly serious dissocial disturbances and/or committing a serious violent act. Dóra's goal is to help these young adults to become able to comply with basic social and human norms and rules, develop their individual skills and self-knowledge, reduce stress and improve their well-being through relaxation, and to acquire some essential knowledge and tools that facilitate their future social and family lives.

Fanni VÍZVÁRI, xxx

Fanni Vizvári is a sociologist and a criminologist. She has been working in a reformatory institution since August 2016. She is in charge of the prosecution related administration process of the young criminals in custody as well as their support and preparation during the legal procedure. During her studies she volunteered in the coeval support programme of the university called ELTE ÁJK, where she helped young criminals in prison or detention centres.
